INFORMATION OBLIGATION

arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("RODO").

Your personal data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address will be processed on the basis of your voluntarily given consent on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO for the purposes related to contacts with SAVE WILD CATS FOUNDATION.

We will keep your personal data for the period of operation of SAVE WILD CATS FOUNDATION.

Please be informed that you have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

(a) the right to access the content of your data,

b) the right to request rectification and erasure of your personal data,

c) the right to portability of your personal data,

d) the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data,

e) the right to object to the processing of your personal data,

f) the right to withdraw at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data, but this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your data will not be subjected to automated processing, including, in particular, profiling.

Your data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

Provision of data is voluntary, but completion of the fields marked as "required fields" is necessary to maintain contact with SAVE WILD CATS FOUNDATION.
